In 1995 after my first of 2 Daughters came into the world I wanted to devote my life to them. To spend all my time with them. Literally. But I HAD to work out. Just had to!
DILEMMA OR OPPORTUNITY?
I have always been incredibly passionate about fitness, health and working out, but I absolutely loved spending time with my Girls, so I quit the gym, golf, weights, and anything that would take my time away from my Girls.
But I needed the sweat and the high from a workout.
So I thought hard about how to apply the training techniques from The Degerberg Academy to simple chores like cleaning, washing the cars, mowing the lawn, painting walls, shoveling snow, doing dishes and more which would give me a great workout AND enjoy time with the Girls.
PRESTO: The Aerobic House Cleaning Lifestyle was created. And I have been doing Aerobic House Cleaning to stay fit since 1995.
No boring routines.
No exercise equipment.
No idiotic diets.
Just simple, effective ways to become healthier by making good choices each and every day we walk on the planet called Earth.

Reading some of the comments about my book it's easy to see that some people still don't understand that The Aerobic House Cleaning Lifestyle is NOT A ROUTINE! Nor is it about developing a strict, confining routine. To me routines are BORING :-)
